In some cases, the header feed nozzle may be blocked during no-load operation. In order to greatly reduce this situation, the technicians suggest that under normal operating conditions, alternate use of standby cyclone valves can be used, and only unused cyclones can be cut off. By doing so, all hydrocyclones in the system can participate in the operation evenly, and the flat wear can make it even. This is better than just letting the working hydrocyclone wear out. The cyclic use of a hydrocyclone can reduce the possibility of material settling in the feed pipe of the standby hydrocyclone, and also reduce the situation of prolonged blockage of the standby hydrocyclone during startup.
