How to deal with the clogging of the cyclone

In some cases, the nozzle of the collector feed will be clogged when working under no load. In order to largely reduce the occurrence of such a situation, the technicians suggest that under normal working conditions, the spare cyclone valve can be used alternately, and only the unused cyclone is cut off. By doing so, all the cyclones in the system can participate in the operation evenly, and the wear and tear will be flattened to make it even. This is better than letting only the working cyclone to wear out. Cyclone recycling can reduce the possibility of material settling in the feed pipe of the backup cyclone, and also reduce the backup cyclone clogging for a long time during start-up.
